Family Law in Kenya

Like the climate, [the Family] has undergone profound and ominous changes over the ages. Ominous because they threaten the very existence of family life; before, during and after marriage… Like climate changes, it was time for intervention by someone to chronicle these changes and suggest solutions for the future. This is a tremendous effort at bridging a yawning gap in our Family Law library. Definitely an invaluable tool for practitioners, researchers, students and even judicial officers.
