We are glad to present this new edition of Strategy, Governance and Ethics Study Text to candidates and lecturers appearing in CPA PART III Section 5.

This Study Text has been prepared on the basis of the revised syllabus that was carried out by KASNEB. Following the syllabus review, Paper No. 13 Strategy, Governance & Ethics was introduced for the first time.
